A gentleman was once taking walks thru an elephant camp, and he noticed that the elephants weren’t being stored in cages or held via the use of chains.
All that was once maintaining them lower back from escaping the camp, used to be a small piece of rope tied to one of their legs.
As the man stare upon the elephants, he said why the elephants didn’t simply use their power to spoil the rope and get away the camp. They may want to effortlessly have finished so, however instead, they didn’t try to at all.
Curious and trying to understand the answer, he requested a coach close by why the elephants had been simply standing there and not tried to escape.
The coach replied;
“when elephant was younger and plenty smaller we use the identical measurement rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s sufficient to maintain them. As they develop up, they are adapted to accept as they can't smash away. They consider the rope preserve them, so they in no way attempt to ruin free.”
The only purpose that the elephants weren’t breaking free and escaping from the tree 🌲 was once that over time they adopted the trust that it simply wasn’t possible.
Moral of the story:-
you can never achieve your goals unless you try.
